For an organization to function effectively, it must identify, control, and direct many activities that are linked to one another. To archive this goal the Coatings & Additives Business Unit uses management systems conforming to the international ISO 9001 (quality) and ISO 14001 (environmental) standards.

These international standards boost the efficacy of the management systems, ultimately increasing the satisfaction of our customers by meeting their needs. Michael Bessing, management representative for the business unit, is responsible for maintaining and further developing the management system.
